I would consider this print ad by BBDO Milan to be art. From just looking at this ad you can tell how much thought and time went into this ad. Even though it is relatively simple, planning the layout so it is just right is the key. The color and lighting of this ad is mesmerizing. I consider photography to be an art and it is fairly obvious that photography was involved in making this ad. In general, I feel as though advertising IS art. They both involve a great deal of passion and using various techniques in attempt to successfully deliver a message to an audience. Precision is highly involved in both advertising and art; there are many rough drafts until you finally reach the final product, which is hopefully a success!
